Changelog 01: Smart Endpointing and Recordings

This week we're introducing two new features:

  • Smart endpointing
  • Recordings

One of the biggest pain points we've heard from early users is that the agent will sometimes interrupt them while they're speaking. We solve this through our smart endpointing feature. This is enabled all all new calls by default.

Another commonly asked for feature is recordings. The new recordings endpoint enables an authenticated experience for downloading recordings of any call as mp3 files.
